- The GM will report to the CEO, who will be primarily responsible for the over-all management of the organization. - Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, who will ensure the high quality of craftsmanship in the automotive service centers. He shall be accountable for all service/operations functions, to ensure best practice management systems & procedures in managing the over-all performances & efficiency of the automotive service centers. He shall be specifically accountable for organizing work in the production department.

..Qualifications:
- Ideally, a tertiary qualified engineer, who has substantial engineering experience in the automobile business. He must possess a high degree of automotive technical service knowledge, a proven track record of success in a similar role and a commitment to ensuring a high degree of efficiency.
