General Manager (Payless Parts & Car Care)
..Responsibilities:
- The GM will report to the CEO, who will be primarily responsible for the over-all management of the organization. The ideal candidate must be commercially minded, a “hands-on” person who will organize positive structural change and develop key strategies to grow the company to the next level, driving the delivery of high quality services through an engaged workforce, making sure that all branches are driven to achieve desired profits set by the Finance Department. He will also oversee the short and long term programs of the Sales & Marketing Department on a day-to-day basis, the daily operations, and the parts system. He shall organize the company’s over-all product portfolio, provisions for sound policy, strategic & business planning.

Qualification/s:

- It is expected of the candidate to have held senior management positions for at least 10 years, preferably in the automotive industry, chain stores management, service-related industries and with proven ability to manage multiple disciplines within a fast growing organization. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership to deliver financial results, develop and grow relationships with key departments & clientele and drive a change process within the Management team.


Business Manager
(Payless Parts & Car Care)
..Responsibilities:
- The Business Manager is a senior role with both strategic and “hands-on” focus, managing a team of sales & marketing, technical,  branch managers & client relationship management team, who will assist the CEO by providing a range of business support services for the effective implementation of the organizational and corporate governance requirements, development, delivery & management of the department’s strategic plan and budget in accordance with organizational strategy, on-going improvement and delivery of business administration, systems & capital investment analysis.

Technical Operations/Service Head

(Payless Parts & Car Care)

..Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, who will ensure the high quality of craftsmanship in the automotive service centers. He shall be accountable for all service/operations functions, to ensure best practice management systems & procedures in managing the over-all performances & efficiency of the automotive service centers. He shall be specifically accountable for organizing work in the production department.

..Qualifications:
- Ideally, a tertiary qualified engineer, who has substantial engineering experience in the automobile business. He must possess a high degree of automotive technical service knowledge, a proven track record of success in a similar role and a commitment to ensuring a high degree of efficiency.


Tire Sales Manager/Sales Representative
. Qualification/s:
- M/F; 40 years old below; University Grad
- Atleast 3 years experience in Tire/Automotive Industries
- For GMA, South and North Luzon
- Aggressive and customer- oriented
- Willing to do field work; can drive and must have a professional driver’s license


Technicians/Mechanics/Driver Mechanic
. Qualification/s:
- Male, 35 and below
- Graduate of any 2 year Technology or Auto Mechanical course
- Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry
- Can do overhauling and automotive troubleshooting
- Can diagnose and repair automatic transmission vehicle
- Can drive and must have a professional driver’s license


Corporate Account Sales Manager/Officer
- Male/Female; 40 and below; graduate of a reputable university
- Minimum of 2 years in the same line of work
- Has the ability to conceptualize sales plans and execute them accordingly
- Must have excellent communication skills; aggressive and people- oriented
- Willing to do field work; computer literate
- Can drive and must have a professional driver’s license



Customer Relations Manager/Officer
- Male/Female; 35 and below, graduate of a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in the service/after sales service tasks
- Must have the know-how in formulating and implementing “Customer Retention” Program
- Customer handling experience (complaints, inquiries, products, promotion, etc.)
- Pleasant personality, verbally competent and computer literate


HR Officer/Assistant
- Female, 35 and below
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral  Science, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related field, preferably with MA or MBA units
-Familiar with all areas of Human Resource ( Recruitment, CompenBen, Training, Labor Relations)
- MUST have strong background in doing administrative and security functions as Building Administrator
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Graphic Artist

- Male/Female, 28-35 years old
- Fine Arts graduate or its equivalent;
- with 2-3 years experience as graphic artist or web designer;
- has skills in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and web design tools and software; excellent lay- outing is required;
- Must be dynamic, resourceful and can easily adapt to a fast – paced work environment.
